Windows > Preference，在Android里没有NDK选项

法一：help->install new software->workwith->android development tools update site:dl.google.com/android/eclispse->developer tools->android native developement tools

法二：将com.android.ide.eclipse.ndk_23.0.2.1259578.jar放到D:\adt-bundle-windows-x86-20140702\eclipse\plugins即可
