【vivado】ILA调试报错 Data read from hw_ila [hw_ila_1] is corrupted. Unable to upload waveform.

ERROR: [Labtools 27-3312] Data read from hw_ila [hw_ila_1] is corrupted. Unable to upload waveform.

现象是，烧写bit和ltx后，调试波形界面出来了，但是run不出波形，接着就报错。

对比正常的project跟这个的区别，就是ILA多了一个，debug hub的连接有差异。
