后来参考这篇文章https://blog.csdn.net/huacode/article/details/79557871，完美的得到了解决，原来是电脑上缺乏Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013，去微软官网下载一个即可

问题二：

查询报错： You must reset your password using ALTER USER statement before executing this statement.

解决办法：

alter user ‘root‘@‘localhost‘ identified by ‘123456‘;
flush privileges;
